Learn how to get started and get the most out of My Stats Diary.

Creating Your First Athlete

Add your athlete(s) to My Stats Diary so you can track their games, stats, and progress over time.

Every player you want to track in My Stats Diary gets their own athlete profile. This profile becomes the home for stats, highlights, trophies, and fans. You can add a single athlete or manage multiple athletes across different teams and sports.

1. Go to the Athletes Section

From the main navigation, open the Athletes section. If this is your first time, you'll see an option like "Add Athlete".

  • Click "Add Athlete" to begin.
  • You can repeat this anytime to add more athletes later.

2. Enter Athlete Details

Fill in the basic information for your athlete:

  • Name – the athlete's first and last name.
  • Jersey Number – if they have one.
  • Primary Sport – e.g., Soccer, Basketball, Hockey.
  • Primary Position – striker, point guard, goalie, etc.
  • Photo (optional) – upload a profile picture to personalize their profile.

Click Save when you're done.

3. One Athlete, Many Teams

The same athlete can be connected to multiple teams or seasons. For example, they might play for:

  • A school team
  • A club team
  • An off-season training or academy program

Each connection builds a bigger picture of their overall performance and development across contexts.

What's Next?

Once your athletes are set up, it’s time to connect them to their teams.
